[Class 64 (i)] In a water heater in which water passes through hollow fins 4 in a water jacket 3, an open tray 7 against which combustion gases impinge is arranged above the radial fins to receive water heated in the jacket. Water passes at 10 into the jacket and thence by a pipe. 11 into the tray, which has a flue 8 and a partition 12 causing water to pass round the tray to overflow into an outlet pipe 13. An external casing 15 may contain water and be connected to the inner jacket.
