[Classes 103 (iv) and 108 (i)] [Also in Group X] A table and seating arrangement for a long, narrow compartment such as the dining-car of a railway train, or in an aircraft or restaurant comprises a number of fixed tables 4, preferably hinged to the wall 1 of the car &c. adjacent to the windows 2, and each having straight edges 4b extending from the car &c. wall and a curved edge 4c adjacent to a central aisle, a number of fixed seats 5 arranged in pairs alongside the walls with their backs 5a secured together or formed integrally, and a number of movable seats 6, two or three of which may be positioned around the curved edge 4c of each table.
