497,153. Fusible cut - outs. STRAFFORD, F. R. W., and BELLING & LEE, Ltd. June 8,1937, No. 15808. [Class 38 (i)] An electric measuring instrument is provided with a fuse consisting of a fuse element 5 and a resistance wire 6 connected in series and mounted on a common support 1, the resistance being adjusted in manufacture so that the fuse has a predetermined resistance. The assembly is enclosed in a tube 8, which may be of glass and provided with end caps 9 and 10.
