[Class 38 (i)] [Also in Group XI] The terminal of an embedded type electric heating element is constituted by a part of the sheath 10, which is connected to the resistance 14 by a rod 16, and is insulated from the remainder of the sheath by the cutting of annular grooves 18, 22, 23. The sheath is screw-threaded and is provided with an insulating sleeve 25 held in'position by nuts 27.
