493,063. Screwdrivers &c. ; hand drills ; ratchet braces. CORBITT, R. W. March 30, 1937, No. 9088. [Class 61 (iii)] [Also in Group XXII] Rotary hand tools such as screwdrivers, box spanners, drills, augers, gimlets and braces of the type provided with a handle member 18, on the cranked arm 12 of the shank 10 at an angle thereto so that the line of thrust of the tool intersects the outer end of the handle have a ratchet device 26 interposed between the handle 18 and its spindle ; the lower end of the shank terminates in a screwdriver blade 14, or spanner socket or tool holder 34, Fig. 4.
