493,020. Rolling. DEMAG AKT.-GES. March 10, 1938, No. 7527. Convention date, March 11, 1937. [Class 83 (iv)] Metal passing from the roll train 1 to the roll train 2 is caused to form a loop 11 by means of guides 3, 4, the guide 4 being open so that the loop extends into a furnace 9 whereby it is re-heated before passing into the guide 5 and on to the rolls 2. Driving apparatus 7 between the guides 3 and 4 feeds the metal into the furnace.
