488,989. Vehicle wheels. MERCIER, J. April 27, 1938, No. 12525. [Class 144 (i)] A wheel for aircraft or other vehicles comprises an integral disc 3 and an attached disc 4, the disc 3 being of relatively heavy gauge and fitted with a thrustbearing 8 and needlebearing 7, the lighter disc 4 being supported on a needle-bearing 6 only. The brake 9 is fitted on a support 10 between the wheel discs.
