482,791. Aircraft landing - wheels ; brakes. ELEKTRONMETALL GES. May 13, 1937, No. 13584. Convention date, July 20, 1936. [Classes 103 (i) and 144 (i)] The inner rim-periphery of a detachable single-disc wheel provides a pair of brakedrums for radially-acting brake-shoes 9 which are operated by a pressure-cylinder 8 supplied by a service-pipe 7 at the inner side of the wheel. As shown, the wheel is mounted on ball bearings 6, 10 carried respectively by the flange 4 of the brake-supporting member 2 and the hubportion of the wheel-disc.
