Abstract

488,192. Spray - producers. SCHLAGINTWEIT, G. Dec. 29, 1936, No. 35614. Convention date, Dec. 30, 1935. [Class 69 (iii)] An atomizer comprises a cylindrical or conical member d having apertures e formed therein around which is a helical spring g by which the material is atomized, the degree of atomization being regulated by varying the tension of the spring. This may be effected by screwing the member h into the body of the sprayer. The Specification as open to inspection under Sect. 91 also describes a sprayer in which the atomization is effected by a flat spiral of wire and also by a helical spring without the regulation means. Sprayers are also described comprising hollow cylindrical, conical or spherical bodies or pairs of flat discs having corresponding holes, regulation being effected by relative movement between the members. This subjectmatter does not appear in the Specification as accepted.
