Abstract

478,920. Vehicle wheels. INTERNATIONAL HARVESTER CO. OF GREAT BRITAIN, Ltd. (International Harvester Co.) March 8, 1937, No. 6783. [Class 144 (i)] The runs of tractor and like wheels are formed on one or both sides with a coned portion 19 to seat lugs 20 of conical or pyramidal form which are detachably secured by bolts 21. The lugs are formed with oblique bases so that they may be secured in the ground-engaging position shown in Fig. 3 or, as shown in Fig. 4, so that they do not project radially beyond the rim periphery 18 for use on ordinary roads.
