[Class 65 (i)] A controller for ramps of animal-carrying vehicles comprises a ram c urged by a spring k, the ram being pivotally connected to an extension a<2> of the ramp r so that when the ramp is fully lowered the pivot b of the ramp, the connection d of the ram c with the ramp extension and the axis of the ram are in line whereby the ramp rests upon the ground due to its own weight. U.S.A. Specification 1,824,209 is referred to.
