477,481. Suitcases &c. GARNETT, A. T., and GARNETT, Ltd., A. J. Oct. 12, 1936, No. 27669. [Class 18] A suitcase, attachÚ case, &c. has its fibre, cardboard, &c. foundation wall 1 bent to rectangular shape and V-slits 3 are made at the corners, the rim being reinforced by a bead in the form of a wire 7, the ends of which are coupled by a sleeve 8, and the corners being strengthened by plates 9 which hold together the edges of the gaps 3. The lid may be similarly strengthened by corner plates and a beading wire.
