475,978. Vehicle wheels. BARTON, P. C. July 14, 1936, No. 19491. [Class 144 (i)] [Also in Group XXII] A wheel for barrows, trolleys, and like vehicles is formed from a sheet metal blank, Fig. 2, cut longitudinally to form strips a<1>, a<2>, a3, which are then bent in the plane of the blank to produce spokes b, leaving a flat central hub-portion c for attachment to a spindle e. As shown in Fig. 5, the spokes may be twisted, and formed with flanges b<2> for attachment to the rim d. Specification 473,829 is referred to.
