[Class 37] One or, as shown, both electrodes 1, 9 of a wet electrolytic condenser consists of a bottom portion with perpendicularly extending projections shaped as concentric rings, preferably equidistant from one another and provided with radial saw cuts. When both are so shaped, the anodecathode path through the electrolyte is substantially the same throughout the condenser. One electrode is mounted on a conductive pin 2 secured in an insulating plate 4, while the other is held by rolling in the outer casing, the central bore being filled with an insulating rod 10. Vents 25 surrounded bv a sawdust-filled compartment are provided at the upper end of the casing. Specification 460,871, [Group XXII], is referred to.
