Abstract

471,257. Plug couplings. WARD & GOLDSTONE, Ltd., and GOLDSTONE, S. March 13, 1936, No..7588. [Class 38 (i)] A plug coupling is fitted with fuses 10 arranged coaxially with the pins 8 and held in cup-shaped recesses 9, 12 in the pins and in or associated with the wireterminals. The body is flat and is made in two halves so that the pins and terminals with the fuses in position can be dropped into recesses in the halves, flanges 11 on the pins and binding screws 14 on the terminals preventing movement in the longitudinal direction. The leads are gripped at 17 by the body parts and sight slots 18 in the body enable the condition of the fuses to be ascertained.
