[Class 103 (ii)] [Also in Groups XIV and XXV] A support for a vehicle observation-mirror f comprises an attachment plate a, a longitudinally-slotted rigid arm c universally hinged to the plate or as shown hinged thereto by means of a lug on the arm engaging between projections a<2> on the plate, a spherically-ended peg d having a shank d<3> slidable in the slot c<2> and carrying back-plates e<2>, e<3>, which are caused to grip the mirror f and frictionally engage the head d<2> of the peg by means of bolts j. and clamping-means on the shank d<3> consisting of a nut i and spring washer h for fixing the peg to the arm.
