Abstract

Vitamin-containing preparations are made by incorporating a fatty material, e.g. a fish liver oil, containing a vitamin subject to deterioration with an edible dehydrated vegetable fat having a moisture content not greater than 1 1/2 per cent. Cocoa butter is a suitable fat; lecithin and flavouring may be added to the preparation.
