Abstract
Compositions for mixture with components of animal feeds, e.g with ground maize, soybean and peanut meals, meat and fish meals, comprise one or more hygroscopic vitamins or growth factors, exemplified by choline chloride, calcium pantothenate, niacin, vitamin B 12 and riboflavin, in citrus meal, which is the dried and ground residue of oranges, lemons or grapefruits after extraction of the juices and essential oils. The citrus meal may be treated with an aqueous solution of the vitamins or growth factors and the product then dried to 2-10 per cent moisture content.
