Abstract

463,476. Gear-wheel pumps. LUCAS, Ltd., J., and ROBINSON, E. H. C. Sept. 30, 1935, No. 26932. [Class 110 (ii)] A gear-wheel vacuum pump is mounted inside a casing e which is attached to the end wall a of a dynamo casing. The dynamo shaft d has an extension j secured by cross-pins k, i to the shaft d, and driving gear g respectively. A pipe p admits oil to the pump casing for sealing purposes.
