461,162. Endless - belt conveyers. JOHNS, H. T. March 3, 1936, No. 6486. [Class 78 (i)] In belts of the kind formed of a material having the elastic characteristics of rubber and moulded in tubular, or semitubular, form, such as those described in Specifications 444,472 and 444,549, a chain 2, e.g. of standard oval-link type, is embedded to prevent elongation. The links of the chain are positioned in oblique relation to the flat bottom faces 4 of the ribs 3.
