456,473. Rotary wood-working cutters. NORRIS, W. H. H., Manisty, Oakdene Road, Ley Hill Park, Marple, Cheshire. Sept. 18, 1935, No. 25852. [Class 145 (i)] In a rotary cutter block for surfacing wood and like materials the cutter blades f and backing iron c are separately secured to the block a each being adjustable on the block independently of the other. The cutters may have their edges parallel or inclined to the axis of rotation; the corners of the blades may be rounded in the form of a quadrant of an ellipse, the backing member being similarly shaped.
