Abstract

453,264. Disc mills. PALLMANN, L., 57, Wallstrasse, Zweibrucken, Germany. March 5, 1936, No. 6708. [Class 59] A disc mill is provided with a vertical shaft i with a bearing comprising a top part a fixed to the shaft and a bottom part a<1> carried by a lever d whereby it is vertically adjustable and on which the top part rests, the lower end of the shaft being in vertically slidable engagement in the boss of a gear k by which it is rotated. As shown the bottom runner l is mounted on a plate n comprising a ball socket p and driving pegs o whereby the runner is automatically adjusted. The plate n is driven by the shaft i and is movable by the lever d pivoted at e and adjustable vertically at h. The lower end of the shaft slides in a spline m in a gear wheel k<1> in mesh with a driven gear k<11>. Specifications 5151/09 and 276,728, [both in Class 59], are referred to.
