452,387. Timepieces. DAVIES, J. L., 98, Donald Street, Roath Park, Cardiff. March 5, 1935, No. 6852. [Class 139] A timepiece has a dial with ten primary divisions instead of the normal twelve (hour) divisions, an indicator (decimal hour hand y) rotating twice round the dial in a day, another indicator (decimal minute hand x) rotating forty times in a day, and a third indicator (decimal seconds hand z) rotating two thousand times in a day. Appropriately toothed gearing for driving these hands at the correct speeds is described, commencing with a balance wheel which makes 100 vibrations per minute (normal time).
