[Class 83 (iv)] Fillings.-Tubes are drawn through dies while filled with resin, grease, tar compounds, or materials having similar plastic or semiliquid viscous properties. The ends of the tube are closed by pinching, welding, or soldering, and are opened after drawing to allow the filling to be removed by melting, dissolving, burning, or distillation. According to the Specification as open to inspection under Sect. 91, the filling may comprise a gas under high pressure, glycerin, graphite, salts, coal powder, or wood meal. This subject-matter does not appear in the Specification as accepted.
