[Class 80 (iii)] An oscillating disc c, c<1>, journalled on a shaft b, has pivoted thereto a pair of links d carrying friction shoes d<1> which are normally urged against the interior face of a drum a, secured to the shaft b, by springs e, whereby the shaft is intermittently rotated in one direction. The shoes may be withdrawn from contact with the drum by moving a sleeve g towards the disc c, the sleeve carrying pins g<2> which pass through the disc and which have tapered ends g<3> co-operating with the links d.
