Abstract

443,055. Constructional toys. SIECK, H. A. F., 104, Hulgaardsvej, Frederiksberg, Denmark. Feb. 6, 1935, No. 3830. Convention date, Feb. 6, 1934. (Class 132 (iii)] A toy building-set, for a building such as shown in Fig. 23, comprises cardboard units, Figs. 1, 2, 3 and 4, having trapezoidal and rectangular tongues and recesses along their side edges for interengagement. The upper horizontal edges of the units are fitted with rectangular tongues a and the lower horizontal edges may be so fitted. The unit shown in Fig. 4 can be folded along the vertical dotted line. Roof units are shown in Figs. 10 and 11. A floor tuiit is shown in Fig. 6. The roofs may be fitted with foldable chimney units, Fig. 13, and step units, Fig. 14, may be provided having tongues b insertable in incisions c in the unit shown in Fig. 2. The buildings may have a flat roof formed from a floor unit as in Fig. 6 and may be finished with parapet units, Fig. 8, which may also be used for the base of the house. The buildings may incorporate gables and dormers and may be of pentagonal or polygonal form. Window frames of different colour to the other units, may be fastened in openings in the wall units, Fig. 1, and held in position by flaps d, and doors, adapted to swing, may be inserted in the wall units, Fig. 2, and held in their closed position by flaps e.
