Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a 3D puzzle device for the reconstruction of a high Eiffel by assembly of prefabricated elements under pressure stress. To date, the memories of the Eiffel Tower remain small monobloc and the manufacture of a large tower for specialized businesses poses innumerable manufacturing problems due to these complex lines, transport, storage, delivery By observing with attention the slenderness of this tower, one realizes that breaks and continuities succeed one another at various stages, which increases the difficulty of producing a stable and high-rise tower. The device following the invention of this 3D puzzle provides a technical solution to overcome these shortcomings in respect of the lines, shapes and volumes of the Eiffel Tower. The Eiffel tower is thus obtained by assembling a series of flat elements, of small thickness, light, rigid and not very flexible to the effigy thereof comprising a device 15 of interlocking under pressure stress (FIG. 16) half mortise on field and tenon both very slightly rounded. This series of flat elements after assembly is shown in the figure (FIG. 15). For the investigation of the discontinuities and continuities in the respect of the volumes specific to this tower, five horizontal stabilizing elements (FIG 2, FIG 4, FIG 6, FIG 8, FIG 10) were invented thus allowing the changes of direction of the flat elements. on each floor. These horizontal elements serve as a link between those which are inclined (FIG 1, FIG 5, FIG 9), the verticals (FIG 3, FIG 7, FIG12) and the recessed start (FIG 5, FIG 9) thus automatically creating the silhouette of this tower without the help of tools. These so-called stabilizing elements are also used for bracing the building and prevent any possible deformation under the stress of its own weight. E2 and E6 (FIG 2, FIG 6) respectively are elements in the form of a horizontal frame in which are nested on the one hand the four elements E1, E5 (FIG1, FIG5) chamfered at 45 ° on their edges in inclined plane towards their centers and on the other hand the other four elements E3, E7 (FIG 3, FIG 7) forming vertically placed frames. E4 and E8 (FIG. 4, FIG. 8) are masterpieces having in addition to the characteristics of the elements E2, E6, are provided with an additional hopper allowing, on the one hand, the setting back of the four elements E5, E9 (FIG. , FIG9) chamfered at 45 ° on their edges laid in an inclined plane and on the other hand maintain the verticality of the four elements E3, E7 (FIG 3, FIG 7). And finally the E8 (FIG 8) with multiple functions acting as a keystone: • The ringing of the four elements E9 (FIG 9) at their summit 5 • The assembly of the elements E12 (FIG 12) vertically • Ensures the hanger of the eight fins El 1 (FIG 11) now in their turn the four elements E9 (FIG 9) perpendicularly in groups of two and per side. The whole is capped with the four elements E13, E14 (FIG 13, FIG 14) serving as chaperone and antenna respectively.
For a definitive assembly, the use of an appropriate adhesive depending on the material used is not excluded if it should be moved from time to time for various reasons. Finally, a detailed plan will be attached to each batch of elements explaining phase by phase, the successive steps to be respected for a successful assembly
