Abstract

442,424. Spray-producers. ELECTROLUX, Ltd., Luton, Bedfordshire.-(Assignees of Aktiebolaget Elektrolux; 2, Norrmalmstorg, Stockholm) Oct. 21, 1935, No. 29018. Convention date, Oct. 22, 1934. [Class 69 (iii)] In apparatus for spraying liquid from a container 12 by an air stream under pressure the apparatus is provided with a one piece member 15 formed of synthetic resin or similar material forming both a cover for the receptacle 12, and also a conduit for the compressed air stream. The liquid discharge tube 18 passes through a hole in the cover and is retained in place by a conical sleeve 19 provided with slots to admit air to the container. The outer bent end of the tube 18 is centred in the conduit by vanes 17 formed integrally therewith and a vent 21 is provided by which the receptacle 12 may be put into communication with the atmosphere to stop the spray action.
