[Class 142 (iv)] In weaving double warp pile fabrics in which the figuring pile yarns c are bound in in direct succession in U- form, two wefts d, e are simultaneously inserted in separate sheds of the upper fabric by two shuttles, alternately with two wefts f, g inserted simultaneously by the same shuttles in separate sheds of the lower fabric. The pattern repeat in the ground comprises pairs of weft 1 .. 4.
