[Class 128] [See also Group XVII] A drinking-vessel for use in taking codliver oil and other liquids of disagreeable savour comprises a large spoutless container for agreeable liquid and a small container for the codliver oil, &c., the small container being secured within the large container in such a position that in use the agreeable liquid first commences to flow, and then the codliver oil &c., flows in a layer on top of the agreeable liquid and is consumed before the whole of the agreeable liquid finishes flowing. As shown in Fig. 1, the smaller container is provided with a wedge-shaped abutment A which dovetails into a complementary groove .in an abutment on the larger container, a lid 3 having an opening 4 being hinged to the abutment A. In Fig. 3, the containers are connected by a U-shaped spring B having hinged thereto a lid 9 provided with an opening 4. Several shapes of spring B are described.
