[Class 30] A gauging roller F is detachably secured for peeling or slicing purposes to a knife I by means of a clip comprising a metal strip A having at each end a turned-over part B to grip the blade. Lugs C integral with the parts B are turned up at right angles and pierced with bearing holes for the roller. The whole clip is formed by stamping from sheet metal.
