Abstract
425,526. Receiving-devices for doors &c. INSTONE, S. H., 9, Nutford Place, Seymour Place, London. Sept. 6, 1934, No. 25634. [Class 18] A bin for receiving milk &c. bottles comprises an open sided casing 5, preferably with upwardly tapering sides, adapted to be mounted on the inside of the outer door 1 of a dwelling house &c., with the open side to the door, the lower part of the casing being divided by a wedge-shaped partition 9 to form bottle compartments 7, 8, which are disposed in inverted-V relation, and a door 10, which may be formed with sight openings 1,4, in the casing 5 to enable the placing in and removal from the compartments, of bottles. The aperture 2 in the house door 1 is fitted with a hinged flap 3 and mats 13 of sponge rubber may be provided in the compartments 7, 8.
