Abstract
382,490. Boxes or trays for toilet articles. ASPREY & CO., Ltd. and GEE, C. E., 165, New Bond Street, London. - Jan. 29, 1932, No. 2758. [Class 18.] In a box or tray for toilet articles the articles are resiliently supported with their tops normally in one plane and, to permit an article to be removed, the adjacent articles are depressed, thus leaving the article to be removed standing above the level of the depressed articles. As shown, the tray or box is subdivided by partitions into compartments c and each article is supported on a false bottom comprising two panels f flexibly connected at their ends by tapes g with interposed leaf springs h. A pad of spongy rubber may be disposed at the bottom of each compartment or a single pad may be arranged to extend over the entire bottom of the tray or box.
