[Class 20 (iii)] A draught-excluder for the bottoms of doors comprises two hinged strips a, b, the upper one a being hinged to the door. The lower strip has a rubber insert h and is pressed against the floor by a stop on the door post when the door is closed and is. raised when the door opens by a spring e connecting the strips and housed in recesses f in the strips when in operative position. A counterweight on the lower bar may replace the spring e.
