[Class 108 (ii)] [See also Group XXXIJ A motor vehicle comprises a normal fourwheeled chassis and a pair of auxiliary wheels 6 adapted to be raised or lowered into contact with the ground, the wheel-carrying and suspension devices of the auxiliary wheels constituting a complete independent structure without direct connection with the wheelcarrying and suspension devices of the normal chassis. In the construction shown, the auxiliary wheels are connected to the vehicle frame 1 by radius rods 4 and springs 7, and the springs 7 may be employed to raise and lower the wheels.
