419,184. Oven doors. STOVES, Ltd., and RICHARDSON, W. H., Rainhall, near Liverpool. Feb. 5, 1934, No. 3719. [Class 126.] An oven door or other heat-insulating structural unit comprises a frame 15 with threaded recesses on its rear face, a lining 12 and a panel 11, the edges of which have lugs 19 projecting out of the main plane of the panel to engage with the lining and leave a compartment for heat insulating material 13, screws 23, which engage in the recesses, being provided for rigidly connecting the frame, panel and lining. The lugs 19 are formed by bending the corners of the panel, and have slots or holes for the passage of the screws 23. The threaded recesses are formed in bosses 14 at the corners of the frame. The edges of the panel and lining are flanged.
