408,864. Rail and road vehicles. SOC. ANON. DES PNEUMATIQUES DUNLOP, 64, Rue de Lisbonne, Paris. Aug. 30, 1933, No. 24065. Convention date, Sept. 5, 1932. [Classes 103 (vi) and 108 (ii).] In an automobile vehicle, particularly of the kind adapted to run on railway tracks, two groups 1, 2 of wheels, one on each side of the vehicle, are mounted in frames 3, 4 pivoted on the ends 9 of an axle 5 and interconnected by a bar 8, the axle 5 being connected to the vehicle frame preferably through the medium of springs 6. The wheels may either be steered by the provision of any usual automobile steering-mechanism, or, when the vehicle runs on rails, guidance may be effected by shoes or rollers 7 engaging the rails.
