[Class 43.] In a strap etc. fastening, the strap e is gripped between a lever g and a cross-bar c of a frame a, the lever g being pivoted on a lower cross-bar d, and one end of the strap anchored to an upper cross-bar b. Movement of the lever g is limited by lugs g<111 >and by the edges of the lever overlapping the side bars of the frame a. The strap e is passed through the fastening as shown in dot and dash lines in Fig. 3 so as to cover all but the middle cross-bar c.
