[Class 64 (ii).] Hinged metal casings 6 containing insulating- material 5 for covering a pipe section 1 may be suspended clear of the pipe by clips 7 secured to the pipe and connected to the hinge pins of the casings. The pipe flanges 2, 3 are similarly insulated and the casings are kept in the closed position by iron bands 11. The insulating material 5 may comprise mixtures of magnesia and asbestos.
