[Class 129.] A coffee-making machine comprises a closed boiler a enclosing a container s for the brewed liquid, a filter vessel e and a brewing urn f above the boiler. The water in the boiler is maintained at constant boiling temperature by heating means and feeds water to the urn f by a steam pressure pipe g. The contents of the urn are constantly agitated by steam entering the bottom and escaping upwards, via the pipe h. The beverage is drawn off by the taps c. The enclosure of the beverage container s in the boiler keeps the coffee hot.
