[Class 36.] An earthing connection for wireless purposes, electric light and power systems, lightning conductors and like purposes consists of a perforated conical body 2 containing charcoal 1 and fitted with upper and lower caps 3, 6 secured by a conducting rod 5, the lower cup being of inverted conical shape. The cap 6 may be perforated to allow of the entrance of moisture. The cap 3 carries a terminal 6.
