390,341. Copying documents. SCH€TZLER, E., 2, Gotthardstrasse, Basle, Switzerland. May 17, 1932, No. 14078. [Class 100 (ii).] In a process for printing copies from an original document written in reversed script, moisture, e.g. spirit, alcohol, or water, is applied to the rear side of the sheet, and copy sheets are pressed against the front side of the sheet in a separate operation. Since, during the printing operation, no moistening is necessary, the usual moistening-bar may be dispensed with whereby the heading of the copy sheet may be printed and copy sheets of small size may be used. Further, since it is not necessary to moisten the copy sheets, thin or perforated paper may be employed.
