[Class 141.] A necktie comprises a neckband a adapted to be fastened round the neck by a buckle or other fastening - device, and another independent section b which is adapted to be tied round the neckband to form an open-ended tie which can either be removed from the wearer in its knotted form or untied and re-tied to form a different knot, as desired.
