Abstract
384,566. Concrete mixers. JAEGER, G., 642, Wilson Avenue, Columbus, Ohio, U.S.A. June 1, 1932, No. 15547. [Class 86.] The drum of a concrete mixer is closed at one end and has a discharge aperture at the other, spiral mixing blades 40, 41 extending from the open end substantially to the closed end which carries supplemental inclined blades 42. The blades 42, fitted with flanges 42a, return the material to the central part of the drum, and are supported by a central tube 43 serving as a water supply. The blades 40, 41 are of increased width near the discharge aperture.
