[Class 109.] A decorative tie cord comprises a twisted core A, a covering B therefor twisted in the same direction as the core, and a binding C spirally twisted about the core and covering so that the covering B is puffed away from the core to form a braid-like structure. The binding may either be made up of a number of strands 7 of rayon &c. or may be a flat ribbon of tinsel or like material.
