383,247. Looms with automatic weftreplenishing mechanism. MICHANECK, T., 17, Josephinenstrasse, and S€CHSISCHE WEBSTUHLFABRIK, 8, Fischweg, both in Chemnitz, Germany. Aug. 11, 1932, No. 22496. Convention date, Aug. 11, 1931. Addition to 334,583, [Class 142 (iii), Looms, Weft supplying &c. in]. [Class 142 (iii).] In looms having change boxes at both sides and provided with bobbin changing mechanism as described in the parent Specification, the shuttle-box 2 next to the box 1 containing the shuttle with the spent bobbin is provided with an aperture in the bottom through which the bobbin can fall on to an inclined guide surface 4 and thence to the spent bobbin holder. The order of picking is always from the shuttle-box which last changed into the shuttle-box which did not change during the previous cycle. Three shuttles are employed and each shuttlebox remains raised twice and lowered twice, the actuation of the shuttle-boxes on the two sides being displaced by one working operation.
