378,663. Plug couplings. HOMBERGER, E., 36, Gerard Road, Harrow, and BELLING & LEE, Ltd., Queensway Works, Ponders End, both in Middlesex. Sept. 4, 1931, No. 24896. [Class 38 (i).] In a wander plug or terminal for attachment to the end of a flexible conductor, of the type comprising an internally threaded cap II of insulating material and a connector body bifurcated at one end 19 and screw threaded at the other end 22 to engage the cap, the connector body is formed, intermediately of its length, with an enlarged portion 16 into which the bifurcation extends. In the form shown, the conductor 25 is passed through an aperture in the end of the cap 11, and a bored portion of the conductor extends through a bore 23 in the screw-threaded portion of the connector body and is clamped between seatings 14, 20 formed on the cap and connector body respectively. In a modification, the conductor passes through an opening in the side of the cap and is clamped between the threaded end of the connector body and the cap.
