[Class 74 (ii).] An openwork warp fabric formed with patterning openings between warp chain pillars by interception or interruption of the traverse of binding yarns 7 is provided with additional wefts 12, the presence of which tends to reduce distortion and shrinkage of the product. The yarns 12 are drawn from a common beam and pass through a bar which is shogged by a cam wheel.
