Abstract

371,747. Suspending curtains. SMITH & DAVIS, Ltd. and SMITH, H. F., Beacon Works, Hampton Street, Birmingham. Sept. 19, 1931, No. 26262. [Class 52 (v).] In a curtain rail bracket of the kind consisting of a pair of slotted arms 1, 2 connected by an integral bridge-piece 3, each arm terminates in two perforated lugs 4 disposed at right-angles, the two pairs of lugs being bent into overlapping relationship to form end and top attachment portions 5, 6 for receiving a fixing screw. One pair of lugs may have flanged apertures which are passed through apertures in the other pair of lugs to secure the overlapping portions together.
