371,531. Vacuum, cleaners. VORWERK & CO., 23, M³hlenweg, Barmen, Germany. Feb. 27, 1931, No. 6255. Convention date, May 24, 1930. [Class 8 (i).] The casing containing the electric motor d and fan e is provided with a handle forming a connecting socket f for the dust-bag g; the casing is in three parts ; the uppermost part forms a cover, the middle part supports the motor and fans and the connection f, while the lower part is rotatably mounted and receives the suction pipe h and interchangeable nozzle k. The Specification as open to inspection under Sect. 91 (3) (a) states that the dust-bag may be contained in the hollow handle. This subjectmatter does not appear in the Specification as accepted.
